Abstract :
Knowledge management is one of the most important competitive resources for each organization. In a way that most believe companies which can gain knowledge faster and go through the practical level can be more successful in a competitive market. The competition has carried over the supply chain level nowadays and companies use knowledge management as a tool to improve the function of these chains.
This research seeks to analyze the role of the knowledge management frameworks in improving the function of the supply chain in chain stores. Statistical population is 375 and statistical samples are 185 of the managers and employers of the company. As the viewpoint of goal, this is a practical research. Cronbach’s alpha is used to check the reliability factor. The tool to collect the questionnaire data is made by the researcher and Smart PlS program is used to analyze the data. Research findings show that human resources, organizational culture and technology as the variables have most impact on the function of the supply chain respectively.
