Abstract :
Business continuity and sustainability in today's global competitive world cannot be achieved without R&D policies and innovation and technology strategies in business development. Therefore, in this paper, after explaining the role of open innovation in business model, different approaches of formulating innovation and technology strategies are introduced and then considering the central role of competence in commercialization of innovations, a framework for integrating strategies in business development Enterprises introduced.
