Title :
The relationship between the generation pattern change and Skill enhancing practices with Human Resources Quality (Case Study: Sepah Bank staff of Zanjan Province)

Abstract :
the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between generational change and skills enhancement practices with human resources quality. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, descriptive correlations were used. The statistical population consisted of all staff of sepah bank of Zanjan province. 198 employees were classified using random sampling method. The method of estimating the sample size was Cochran's formula. To collect research data three questionnaires of pattern change generation, skills enhancement practices and human resources quality were used. The collected data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and modeling in Lisrel and SPSS statistical software. The results showed that the relationship between the generation pattern change and Skill enhancing practices with the human resources quality is positive and significant. As a result, factors affecting the human resources quality considering the generation pattern and Skill enhancing practices of the staff can be.
