این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی رابطه عدالت سازمانی با تعهّد سازمانی کارکنان مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی و دامپزشکی شهرستان راز و جرگلان طراحی شد. در این پژوهش تعداد 47 نفر از کارکنان اداره جهاد کشاورزی، منابع طبیعی و دامپزشکی شهرستان راز و جرگلان به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری برابر 54 نفر بود. برای سنجش عدالت سازمانی از پرسشنامه عدالت سازمانی(Niehoff, & Moorman,1993) و جهت سنجش تعهّد سازمانی از پرسشنامه تعهّد سازمانی (Meyer, Allen, & Smith,1993). برای تعیین نرمال و عدم نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون کولموگروف – اسمیرنوف و شاپیرو - ویلک و بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که عدالت سازمانی و سه مؤلفه آن همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری با تعهّد سازمانی داشتند. همچنین گزارش آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که سه نوع عدالت سازمانی یعنی عدالت توزیعی، عدالت رویهای و عدالت تعاملی با تعهّد سازمانی همبستگی چندگانه معنیداری داشتند.

This study was carried out to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment of the employees of Jahade Keshavarzi, natural resources and veterinary medicine organizations in Raz and Jargalan city. The sample consist of 47 Jahade Keshavarzi, natural resources and veterinary medicine organizations in Raz and Jargalan city (N=54) which were selected via simple random sampling. The instrument of the study was organizational justice (Niehoff, & Moorman,1993) and Organizational Commitment (Meyer, Allen, & Smith, 1993) questionnaires which were handed out respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests were used to determine the normality and abnormality of the data and Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational justice and its three components had a positive and significant correlation with organizational commitment. Also, Pearson correlation test report showed that three types of organizational justice, means distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, were significantly correlated with organizational commitment.
