The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between destructive leadership and the occurrence of non-productive work behavior with the mediating role of perception of justice in the community of nurses in Qochan city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method and nature. The statistical population of the research included 293 nurses from Qochan city, 166 of whom were selected as a sample using Cochran's formula. In order to collect research data from Teper's Abusive Supervision Questionnaire (2007), to measure the perception of justice from the Niehoff and Moran (1993) questionnaire, to measure unproductive work behaviors from the Spector et al. questionnaire (2006), to measure Machiavellian leadership. The Christie and Jace (1970) questionnaire was used. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were determined using Cronbach's alpha method and face validity. In order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses, the structural equation model based on partial least squares was used using Smart Pls 3 software. The results of the research showed an inverse and significant relationship between destructive leadership and the occurrence of unproductive work behavior. Also, the results showed that perception of justice mediates the relationship between destructive leadership and occurrence of unproductive work behaviors.
