بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و وجدان کاری با موفقیت شغلی در مدیران مدارس شهر جویم

•   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و وجدان کاری با موفقیت شغلی در مدیران مدارس شهر جویم بوده است. تحقيق موجود يك تحقيق توصيفي از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقيق کلیه مدیران مدارس شهر جویم به تعداد 53 نفر بود که حجم نمونه بر اساس روش کل شمار 53 نفر انتخاب گردید. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه هوش معنوی کینگ (SISRI) (2008)، وجدان کاری کاستا و مک کرای (1992) و پرسشنامه موفقیت شغلی نبی (2001) بود. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS26 ، نتایج نشان داد بین هوش معنوی و وجدان کاری با موفقیت شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود داشت

•   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : The aim of the present study was to study the relationship between spiritual intelligence and work conscience with career success in school administrators in the city of Joim. The current study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the study was all school administrators in the city of Joim, 53 people, and the sample size was selected based on the total number of 53 people. The research tools included the King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (SISRI) (2008), Costa and McCray's Work Conscientiousness (1992), and the Nabi Career Success Questionnaire (2001). After analyzing the data using SPSS26 software, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and work conscience with career success
