بررسی تأثير مدیریت دانش بر رشد و نوآوری در شهرداری تهران مبتنی بر مدل سلیکون‌ولی

•   چکیده مقاله به فارسی : سازمان‌های امروزی به دلیل ویژگی‌هایی چون پویایی، پیچیدگی و سنت‌گریزی، نیازمند اتخاذ رویکردهای راهبردی نوین برای غلبه بر عدم قطعیت هستند؛ در این میان، مدیریت دانش و توسعه رشد و نوآوری مبتنی بر مدل سیلیکون‌ولی به عنوان مسیر حیاتی برای مدیران مطرح می‌شوند، چرا که بهره‌برداری از نیروی انسانی توانمند به عنوان دارایی اصلی، مزیت رقابتی پایداری ایجاد می‌کند. در مقاله حاضر، هدف بررسي تأثير مدیریت دانش بر رشد و نوآوری در شهرداری تهران مبتنی بر مدل سلیکون‌ولی است. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان شهرداری تهران تشکیل می‌دهند. تعداد کارکنان شهرداری تهران 62564 نفر می‌باشند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به تعداد 382 نمونه آماری بدست آمد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد صورت گرفت. فرضيات پژوهش به بررسي و رابطه تأثير مدیریت دانش بر هر يك از ابعاد رشد و نوآوری مبتنی بر مدل سیلیکون‌ولی مي پردازد. پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار SPSS، نتايج پژوهش از تأييد تمامي فرضيات حكايت دارد. در انتها نیز با توجه به نتایج تحقیق و پیشنهادها پرداخته شده است.

•   چکیده مقاله به انگلیسی : Due to characteristics such as dynamism, complexity, and non-traditionalism, today's organizations need to adopt new strategic approaches to overcome uncertainty; in the meantime, knowledge management and the development of growth and innovation based on the Silicon Valley model are considered as a vital path for managers, because the exploitation of capable human resources as a main asset creates a sustainable competitive advantage. In this article, the aim of this article is to investigate the effect of knowledge management on growth and innovation in Tehran Municipality based on the Silicon Valley model. The sampling method is random. The statistical population of this study consists of all employees of Tehran Municipality. The number of employees of Tehran Municipality is 62,564 people. The statistical sample was obtained using the Cochran formula with a number of 382 statistical samples. Data collection was carried out based on standard questionnaires. The research hypotheses examine the effect of knowledge management on each of the dimensions of growth and innovation based on the Silicon Valley model. After analyzing the collected data with SPSS software, the research results indicate that all hypotheses are confirmed. Finally, practical suggestions are presented based on the research results.
